Article 1 - General terms and conditions

1.1/ The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Pass'Partout sold by EPIC Corbier Tourisme and its Partners, whose activities include the promotion, reception, animation and operation of tourist activities on their territory, which is part of the Pays des Aiguilles d'Arves.

1.2/ The term "Pass'Partout" (hereinafter "Pass'Partout" or "Title" or "Support") refers to the material support acquired by the Customer. The Pass'Partout is a rechargeable prepaid card which enables the Customer to pay for the activities he/she wishes, benefiting from discounts ranging from 10% to 50%. The Pass'Partout is only valid in the Pays des Aiguilles d'Arves area.

1.3/ The term "Customer" refers to the individual purchasing a Pass'Partout.

1.4/ The term "Partner" refers to the Tourist Offices with which EPIC Corbier Tourisme markets the Pass'Partout.

1.5/ The purchase of a Pass'Partout implies the customer's full and unreserved knowledge and acceptance of the present terms and conditions. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are supplemented by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) of EPIC Corbier Tourisme or of the Partner having sold the Pass'Partout, as well as by the internal regulations of each EPIC Corbier Tourisme or Partner establishment.

1.6/ The Pays des Aiguilles d'Arves includes the resorts of Albiez, La Toussuire, Le Corbier, Saint Colomban les Villards, Saint Jean d'Arves, Saint Jean de Maurienne and Saint Sorlin d'Arves. Saint Colomban les Villards is excluded from the Pass'Partout offer.

1.7/ The term "Establishment" refers to a structure offering tourist activities.

Article 2 - Terms and conditions

2.1/ When a Pass'Partout is purchased to pay for activities on the Pays des Aiguilles d'Arves territory, the customer will be given the corresponding voucher and proof of purchase. The Pass and proof of purchase must be kept by the customer, and may be requested when the Pass is checked, or in the event of any request from the customer (theft, loss or defect of the Pass'Partout).

2.2/ All Pass'Partout vouchers are non-transferable, whether free of charge or in exchange for payment.

Article 3 - Operation

3.1/ Customers wishing to purchase a Pass'Partout must go to one of the sales outlets listed on the www.passpartout-aiguilles-darves.com website.

3.2/ The cost of acquiring a Pass'Partout is €2. The cost of the Pass is non-refundable.

3.3/ Once the Customer is in possession of one or more Pass'Partout vouchers, they must go to www.passpartout-aiguilles-darves.com to activate their Pass'Partout and create an online account. Customers can then top up their Pass'Partout via the online payment platform on the website, or in cash, cheque or vacation voucher at one of the above-mentioned sales outlets. The maximum cash top-up amount is €150. If the Customer has several Securities but only one online account, he/she can link the different Media to his/her account by indicating the numbers of each of the Media on his/her account.

3.4/ Once all these steps have been completed, the Customer can go to the activity of their choice and pay for it using their Pass'Partout or benefit from the discount granted to Pass'Partout holders. In order to access the activity of their choice and benefit from the discount applied, the Customer must have loaded sufficient funds onto their Pass'Partout to pay for the activity in full via their Pass'Partout medium, failing which the Customer will pay the reduced rate for the activity by the means of their choice. The amount of the activity is debited each time the Pass'Partout is used.

3.5/ The Pass'Partout is only a summer and winter product, but some Pays des Aiguilles d'Arves resorts may decide not to activate it for a given season.

3.6/ The Pass'Partout does not give priority access to facilities. Some activities require a reservation, which is the responsibility of the customer. Activities may be postponed by the activity organizer depending on weather conditions. Only the organizer of the postponed activity will be responsible for requests for exchange or refund.

Article 4 - Refund procedure

4.1/Customers may request a refund of the credit charged to their Pass'Partout for 2 years. If the Customer does not request a refund in time, the credit will be blocked until the following summer season. The credit loaded on the Pass'Partout is valid from the last use (loading or consumption of acitvity), after which it will no longer be usable or refundable.

4.2/ Refund requests are made directly to the Customer's online account. The Customer must provide a copy of a valid and undamaged form of identification and a bank account number. The Customer is solely responsible for monitoring the status of his or her refund request, and will receive notification of any changes to the status of his or her request at the e-mail address he or she provided when opening his or her online account.

4.3/ Credits made to the Customer's Pass'Partout from vacation vouchers are not refundable under any circumstances.

Article 5 - Loss or theft of Pass

5.1/ In the event of loss or theft of the Pass'Partout, the Customer must immediately go to their online account in order to block their Support. Alternatively, the customer can visit one of our sales outlets or contact them by email or telephone.

5.2/ If the Support is not found by the Customer, he/she must purchase a new Support at a cost of €2, or use the qr code in his/her customer area. The Customer will then be able to attach the new Media to his online account as described above.

5.3/ If the customer succeeds in finding their media, they must contact one of our sales outlets by email or telephone to unlock their Pass'Partout. Confirmation of identity will be requested by the department in charge.

6.2/ All Customers are required to read the rules and regulations of each Establishment, which are available at the reception desk, and in particular the rules concerning the accompaniment of minors by adults.

6.3/ Corbier Tourisme and its Partners are not responsible for any breaches by the Establishments.
